Our Kids Ministry

At KCC, children ages birth-4th grade experience safe, age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative and relevant way.

Is your family new to kcc?

We would love to know more about your family and connect with you.

when visiting for the first time:

First, find the area marked for Kids Ministry Check-In. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.

To save time on Sunday morning, you can pre-register your children using our children's ministry registration form.

  • How do I check my child in to Kids Church?
Once you register your child for the first time, it is important to check them in each time they visit. This ensures that every child here on a Sunday morning is accounted for. Upon arrival, a volunteer can assist you with checking them in, or you can check them in using the check-in kiosk outside of the nursery door. For a quicker and more convenient check-in experience, we recommend that all families download and use the Church Center app. Check out this video from Planning Center for a step by step guide of how the process works.
  • How does KCC ensure my child is safe and secure?
At KCC, safety is one of our top priorities. This is why we have a trusted, secure check-in system. After finding your child’s name in the database during check-in, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag. After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you. Every KCC volunteer leader is screened, participates in a background check, and receives appropriate training from our staff. Additionally, our hallways are monitored by background-checked volunteers during each service to make sure your child stays safe and secure. In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code will appear on the screen, or a volunteer might come to you. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room, or follow the volunteer who contacted you.
